
In our quest to be less lazy, we’ve started and restarted this pushup challenge a few times only to let it fall by the wayside once we get a little busy. Well Tied Together With a Smile is hosting a contest for those who participate in the challenge. AND Kate’s Wedding is also keeping track of us pushuppers. If that’s not motivation I don’t know what is! So in order to keep us accountable, I’ve added our progress on our sidebar. Three times a week you do the pushup workout which takes a maximum of fifteen minutes, and hopefully by the end of six weeks we will be closer to completing one hundred pushups. Oh and do the REAL pushups (none of this on-your-knees stuff)! Even if you can only do like two. Because before you know it, you will be a pushup champion!
What about you? Let’s all have arms like Madonna. Hot Madonna, not this mess.

haha yeah I used to be a swimmer so I can knock out quite a few pushups.
my husband and I have been doing the perfect pushup for over three months now …it works and it’s so easy, it’s the ONLY work-out program we’ve ever stuck with! Good luck…i’m gonna check it out!
I’m totally proud of you for doing this! I love that you have a little tracker on your blog! That’s great. And 21 on your initial test?! WHOA! You’re awesome already. ANd yeah, def not like scary madonna. but i have to say, that picture you posted is also kinda scary! ah!
Does it help the rest of your body too or just the arms? I’m curious!

haha hopefully I’ll find out. Though I guess the more muscle you have the more you metabolize. So maybe?? I always just feel better whenever my arms are toned though.
