This weekend I almost killed myself I worked so I hard, I ran for a full 30 mins (huge for me!!) did yoga and walked for probably 3 hours with the dogs.

.....and then went to bed at 10 pm last night lol

But it&#039;s all in the name of yummy smelly bath stuffs!</description>

		<description>Miraculously, I&#039;ve been keeping up! Treadmill, balance ball sit-ups, weights, running in place in the water (don&#039;t ask) and tossing a weighted ball. I&#039;m sore, but feeling motivated! Thanks again for hosting this!</description>

		<description>Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday = 30 - 40 minutes of walking each day
Friday = 7 hours of yard work. :)
Saturday = All Day with the horses.... a lot of time walking with the baby horse.
Sunday = Mother&#039;s Day--- Oh my, does strolling down town after a show count? YIKES. I will make up for it tomorrow because I have to grade final papers tonight!</description>

I&#039;ve been walking the dog for about an hour every day. It&#039;s uber hot around these parts, so I&#039;ve been sweating a lot and attempting to keep pace with Lucy&#039;s walk/run. It has been an adventure!</description>

		<description>ahh!  i start day 11 tomorrow and thus, level 2!  nooo just when i was getting used to level 1!

also, i completely agree with you on the anterior raises with the side lunges, i also use 5 pound weights, and yes, they do somehow turn into 50, so i&#039;ve been using one of those big workout balls and holding it with the backs of my hands so i have to press my arms together.  it works just as well, but i can still lift my arms rather than weakly and feebly attempting to get them past my waist.
